UGA Asking for Farmer Input To Study Feasibility of Processing Culled Fruits

The University of Georgia and the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association are collaborating to study the feasibility of mobile and fixed processing for non-marketable watermelons, blueberries, peaches, and citrus. Farmers who grew any of these commodities at any time from 2022 to 2024 are encouraged to participate in a survey about their experiences growing and marketing their crops.
